Minimum Compensation : $ 20.76/hr

Job Summary

Assists with all food service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assists Food Service Director as needed.

  • Follows all Food and Safety Regulations.

  • Washes dishes.

  • Cleans pots and pans.

  • Performs general cleaning of kitchen and lodge.

  • Completes daily preparation as assigned.

  • Attends kitchen staff meetings.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Current state approved first aid certification.

  • Current state approved CPR certification.

  • Current Washington State Food Handlers Card.

  • Six months or more related experience or training preferred.

  • Other applicable education, training, and experience, which provide the knowledge, abilities, and skills necessary to perform effectively in the position will be considered.

  • Prefer knowledge of, and previous experience with, diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical activity, sexual orientation, etc.). Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful.
