Job Summary
Assists with all food service operations.
Responsibilities
Assists Food Service Director as needed.
Follows all Food and Safety Regulations.
Washes dishes.
Cleans pots and pans.
Performs general cleaning of kitchen and lodge.
Completes daily preparation as assigned.
Attends kitchen staff meetings.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Current state approved first aid certification.
Current state approved CPR certification.
Current Washington State Food Handlers Card.
Six months or more related experience or training preferred.
Other applicable education, training, and experience, which provide the knowledge, abilities, and skills necessary to perform effectively in the position will be considered.
Prefer knowledge of, and previous experience with, diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical activity, sexual orientation, etc.). Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful.
