DFB Sales Account Executive in Long Island City, New York

Job Description: - Generating new sales leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. - requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a proven ability to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with 30 architectural design firms in the NY metro area, focusing on commercial/ residential projects. - Position DFB as the preferred provider for wall panel systems (acoustical fabric-wrapped panels and PET panels) and window treatment shades/drapery. - Educate clients on DFBs product offerings, updates, and new launches for both wall panels and shades. - Drive specifications for DFBs wall panels and window shades within architectural projects. - Collaborate with the Sales Director and Chief Estimator to identify and close sales opportunities. - Work with the Marketing Team to develop targeted outreach strategies for both product lines. - Use Epicor software to track and manage opportunities for wall panels and window shades. - Analyze market data to uncover growth opportunities and develop actionable strategies with leadership. - Keep project records updated, ensuring alignment with sales objectives. - Coordinate with Marketing, Estimating, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects. - Share market insights and trends to enhance strategies for wall panels and window shades. - Align internal teams on project timelines and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in the A&D industry.
  • Proficiency in business management software, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about design and DFBs product offerings.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, in-office.

Salary: $95,000/Year
