It’s your passion for helping others and natural ability at building great relationships that makes you successful in sales. You are a naturally persuasive individual able to motivate others and you prefer fast - paced work and lots of customer interaction. These work activities and environments energize you!  Because you’re good at handling details quickly, correctly, and efficiently, you manage multiple customer relationships and their respective needs exceptionally well.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S

  • ** The pay scale above is the compensation range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives.

    What you’ll do as an Internet Salesperson:

  • Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns

  • Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey

  • Schedule appointments with customers to view and test drive new and used inventory

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the new and used inventory the dealership carries

  • Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person
