Charles Schwab & Company, Inc. is hiring a(n) Sr Specialist - Software Development & Engineering (ref. Code 2024-100888 in Lone Tree, CO.
Duties: Designs and develops software solutions and business process solutions based on business needs and requirements using specialized domain knowledge and developed business expertise. Leads projects and programs with moderate complexity, scope and with guidance from manager. Participates in grooming of client requirements. Designs solutions and develops code to specifications developed based on client requirements. Works alongside QA to test coded solutions to ensure they meet design specifications, security, performance, and availability targets. Trains less experienced team members on processes and procedures, and less experienced developers on correct coding practices. .
REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 3 years of related experience. Related skills may be required.
