Responsibilities: As a Rockstar Recruiter at Wicked Staffing Solutions, you'll be responsible for:

• Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conducting interviews and screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for client positions.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement and onboarding.
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve recruitment goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment or staffing, with a passion for helping people find their perfect job. (Minimum2 years of experiencerecruiting fortemp andtemp-to-hire inthe following industries: administrative, financial, professional, and/or manufacturing.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Creative and savvy social media user.
• This position requires an onsite presencein ourDover, NHofficeand does not offer remote work options.
• Relocation is not available, local candidates only.
