Position:Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Internship
Location:Onsite at our Londonderry, NH location
Duration:3-months (full time during Summer 2025) OR 6-months (part time late spring, transitioning to full time during Summer 2025)
From your PASSION to ours
Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will assist the EHS department in implementing ISO 14001, an environmental management standard that helps companies improve and standardize their processes to better manage their environmental responsibilities. You will support various process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
Support implementation of environmental management system (ISO 14001).
Develop environmental standards and policies with measurable goals.
Establish a continuous improvement process for environmental practices across all departments (e.g., production, maintenance).
Organize and set up an environmental document control system.
Support environmental change management in all departments.
Learning Opportunities
Hands-On Experience
Contribute to implementing environmental programs in a real-world manufacturing setting.
Assist with ISO 14001 certification at our Londonderry site, including training from a certification body and internal experts.
Practical Skills Development
Work on environmental programs such as Waste Management, Stormwater, and Chemical Management.
Gain exposure to manufacturing processes like 5S, KPIs, Utilities, and Document Control.

From your STORY to ours
Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Junior or Senior standing preferred, but open to other academic levels.
Basic understanding of environmental regulations and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, EPA, OSHA).
Ability to analyze data related to environmental performance and sustainability metrics.
Strong attention to detail when performing audits, inspections, and maintaining compliance documentation.
Approach tasks with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and a degree of ambiguity.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including EHS professionals, operations personnel, and engineering teams.
A “sponge” mentality—quick to absorb new information, techniques, and feedback.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to support report writing, training documentation, and team collaboration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
