Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Senior Sales Manager, you will be working with our team to represent the organization in a professional manner and ensure consistent high quality customer service is delivered to all guests and prospective clients. You will be responsible for the planning, development, execution, and overall management of sales programs consistent with, and supportive of the property’s overall business objectives for both core and outer markets. As a member of our sales team you will work to ensures all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded and support the larger team in providing a positive guest experience that meets every groups needs from contract to check-in and check-out.

Key knowledge, skills or abilities that are required:

  • Minimum 5-years of progressive hotel sales experience, preferably in a high-volume operation.

  • A degree, diploma or certification in sales or marketing is preferred.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a valid driver’s license

  • Ability to travel regionally and to work long hours occasionally.

  • Excellent computer skills - MS Office, CRM software, and the ability to learn new and customized software programs quickly and efficiently.
