Aston Carter Program Coordinator in London, Ontario

Job Title: Program CoordinatorJob Description

Monitor, coordinate, and report on program activities within the scope of the contract to ensure deliverables achieve cost, schedule, and performance targets. Coordinate and facilitate progress meetings with internal teams and customers, resolving technical or programmatic issues as required. Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers. Track program issues and follow up for resolution. Track and manage contract amendments. Maintain contractual files and correspondence. Coordinate contract changes and amendments as required. Prepare meeting minutes and monitor action items from weekly program meetings. Create and monitor work orders and amendments against budget. Track and oversee various reports (program proposals and payment plans) and tools used for effective program decision-making. Submit all program deliverables per contractual requirements. Prepare contractual correspondence, including meeting and presentation materials. Facilitate proposals through the organization and the bid and proposal process as required. Exercise a mindset of continuous process improvements and efficiencies. Ensure all program activities meet compliance requirements (ITAR/EAR/FCPA/GP/SOX, etc.).

Essential Skills

  • University Degree or College Diploma

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint

  • Experience in Program Coordination

  • Customer Service skills

  • Contract Management skills

  • Project Management skills

  • PMP certification

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Excel pivot tables

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills

Work Environment

This role is based on-site 5 days a week in an office setting within a manufacturing environment. The position offers a long-term contract with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role at one of the world's leading defense companies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in London,ON.
