    Reporting to the Director, Field Operations and Driver Experience, this role is based in London, ON, and offers a combination of salary, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. The Operations Analyst provides critical support to our Field Operations team, which is responsible for Driver Management, Load Execution, Safety & Compliance, Animal Care, and interfacing with Customers.

    Your role will involve active monitoring and management of ongoing projects, identifying potential roadblocks, and working closely with the Director of Field Operations and Driver Experience to ensure timely completion. You will support and eventually lead tasks such as maintaining our Standard Operating Procedures (Process Documentation), monitoring our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Process Design/Improvement.

    This position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. The role offers diverse tasks and continuous learning opportunities, making it an exciting and dynamic position within the company.

    What You Bring to the Role:

  • Experience in supply chain coordination, project management, and/or operations management. It is an asset-strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and generalist mindset.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with process design and improvement.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience scoping and executing projects: Problem definition, requirements gathering, task breakdown and timelines, design, build, test, implement, stakeholder verification, document

  • Strong at Tech - Knows basics of how to use Office Suite, Calendar, and E-mail, and is trainable on in-house systems (Google Suite / Asana) 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Punjabi or Hindi.
