Amazon Senior Marketing Manager – Social Media - PART TIME (3 days a week), EU Fashion Marketing in London, United Kingdom

We are looking for a part-time Senior Marketing Manager with a passion for performance marketing to join the Amazon Fashion Social Media team. At Amazon Fashion’s EU Marketing team, we are obsessed with making Amazon Fashion one of the most loved fashion destinations in Europe (and globally).

You will partner with other category teams and EU Marketing to deliver strategies and programs that drive business growth across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and Snap.

The right person in this role will be able to deal with ambiguity and multiple data sets and draw conclusions and provide clear updates on channel performance. They will have an ability to deal with ambiguity, operate independently and thrive in fast-paced environment. They will also need a willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done will be key to success in the role, and have demonstrable experience of being commercial and delivering results.

Key job responsibilities

• Growing our reach across social platforms through campaign launches and optimisations

• Improving our measurement and reporting approach to improve weekly insights at campaign level and high-quality inputs to channel performance reviews

• Deep dive channel performance data and to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings

• Identify and define experimentation/ test and learn agenda and integrate it into the roadmap

• Understand innovations from social platforms and work closely with partner teams to ensure the business is adopting the latest product features and best practices

Basic Qualifications

  • Please note this role is a part-time job share. You'll be expected to work 3 days a week.

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

  • Experience in marketing or marketing research

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights

  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
