Amazon shipping offers Amazon’s delivery capabilities as a product and service. Amazon Shipping’s first customers are sellers in the EU, offering to ship their domestic volume using our delivery network.

Our team is at the forefront of changing the parcel delivery industry in the Europe. In this role, you will work across orgs, alongside technical functions, to improve data quality and metric accuracy. This role is the single threaded leader for data quality across our EU operations and therefore you must be able to promote high standards of working, while also focusing on fast delivery.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree, or 2 years Amazon Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in SQL

  • Experience managing complex data challenges

  • Experience building and aligning business logic

  • Able to convert operational problems into data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in driving customer experience metrics such as DEA, Concessions or Speed.

  • A strong understanding of DEA defect attribution

  • A track record of delivering more with less
