Role Over view As the Senior Lead Conversion & Optimisation Marketing Manager you will report to the VP Lead Management and Conversion. You will drive lead performance, optimise marketing opportunities, and guide the team to execute key initiatives. Your leadership will ensure the alignment of lead conversion (marketing) campaigns with broader business goals while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning You will work closely with the VP to develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple platforms to nurture and convert leads into subscribers, including website, email, SMS, and app channels. You will ensure all campaigns are aligned with the company’s ambitious growth goals, driving customer acquisition. You will also provide guidance on segmentation and creative development to maximise engagement.
Campaign Management & Optimization You will lead A/B testing initiatives to optimise user journeys and improve conversion rates. Working with internal teams, you will ensure all marketing materials meet brand guidelines and performance expectations. By analysing data regularly, you will make informed decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership You will liaise with key teams such as editorial, product, engineering, and legal to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Your leadership in managing both internal and external stakeholders will ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as site visitors, registrations, and conversions will be a critical part of your role. You will present detailed reports to the VP and propose necessary adjustments to ensure campaigns meet their objectives.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
Experience in performance-driven marketing, preferably within subscription-based (not limited to publishing) or multi-country environments.
Strong proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, SFMC, Zephr, or Piano, with a thorough understanding of GDPR and CCPA compliance.
Experience leading teams and managing end-to-end projects in fast-paced environments and always striving for excellence.
Highly analytical, with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally to deliver results.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
