Overview

As Director Agile Program Management at Publicis Sapient, you will act as your client’s trusted advisor in leading the overall business solution by navigating prioritization and team dynamics in complex corporate environments customers. You will collaborate with clients undertaking major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements to understand their business and then constantly deliver value with fast increment cycles. You'll partner with client(s), strategists, experience leads, and enterprise architects to frame business goals and value streams from which we can shape solution propositions that provide transformative business outcomes and customer experience to make sure the work is delivered to meet client expectations. Together with your team, you develop and oversee the production of project deliverables, including estimations, plans, risks, and traceability matrices. Take ownership of Project/Program commercials You are accountable for creating a team culture of value-based delivery, self-organization, and empowerment.

Qualifications

Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the UK Extensive experience within the Consumer Products/FMCG industry Ability and willingness to travel weekly to Denmark Extensive years of professional experience working for a Professional Services firm or consultancy where you have led agile teams to design, build and deliver exceptional digital experiences for clients. Proven track record of working with C-level stakeholders and diverse teams as a steward of economic and customer value. Strong conflict resolution skills. Experience coaching and mentoring people with a continuous focus on personal and professional learning and growth.
