Your opportunity
Following several recent acquisitions and joint ventures, this role has been created to provide ongoing financial support and coordination, ensuring key financial metrics are reported accurately and understood. Key tasks include but not limited to:
Supporting integration & transition of three newly acquired entities, and ongoing partnering support for Privacore (a NY based startup focussed on the open architecture sale of alternative products to private wealth clients in the US)
Building relationships with acquired companies & their finance teams
Being a Finance point of contact for new acquisitions, answering questions and providing regular updates to senior management / department
Updating key financial metrics for the consolidated Private Markets initiative, and other support as required to the Corporate Strategy team
Establishing framework for the integration of any future deals, in collaboration with the accounting team
Supporting the Investment FBPs team as required
Other projects as required e.g. AUA dashboard build out

Must have skills
Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
FP&A and/or Management Reporting
Knowledge of asset management industry
Strong financial modelling skills
Advanced competency with Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational/administrative management skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have skills
Proficient with Power BI and Anaplan
Knowledge of private market investments
Cashflow forecasting
Able to work independently to research, analyse, synthesize, and present complex qualitative and quantitative data clearly
Able to understand the objectives and priorities of the business
Ability to work efficiently within a global team
