Overview

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in managing accounts within the advertising or media industry, particularly in OOH media or in an experiential agency. A solid understanding of Client Services, Integrating creative briefs, managing internal and external stakeholders & project management is key. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting client needs, and ensuring campaign success. Being a confident presenter is key, whilst having the ability to remain calm when the flurry of briefs come in.

You will need to love multitasking and be passionate about solving problems. We’re a very collaborative team so being a confident and social person with initiative and curiosity is essential!

Responsibilities

The Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Support: Managing client relationships across multiple accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will work closely alongside the Account Director to begin to get a deeper understanding of your clients to ensure long term success. Confidently leading KO meetings/calls, and presenting back RTB’s will be key. We are a new team within Publicis, so its all about building trust amongst the agencies who brief us – these include: Publicis Media, Zenith, Starcom and Spark Foundry.

  • Strategic Contribution: Support and contribute to the development of creative OOH and experiential strategies that align with client goals. Identify, plan and help develop new business opportunities. Integrating and qualifying briefs the briefs we receive from agencies, to then prepare tight briefs for our in house Creative Team.

  • Campaign Assistance & Brief Responses: Lead on the planning, execution, and evaluation of your clients creative OOH and experiential campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, and media owners) to ensure high-quality results. You will need to be able whizz together a coherent, easy-to-follow response to brief, and present it back to clients/agencies with the support of Creative, Production and the Account Director.

  • Managing workloads: We are a team who work at speed, and are used to managing multiple briefs at once. We are all here to support one another, but equally we expect the person in this role to own their workload, including following all admin & comms processes in a timely manner.

  • Financial Administration: Prepare budgets, manage PO requests, and ensuring financial accuracy throughout the campaign lifecycle.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Compile reconciliation reports for clients, ensuring planned spend is accurate.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the OOH media space.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Provide mentorship to the Senior Account Executive as needed.

Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years of account management experience in the advertising or media industry, preferably with a focus on out of home media.

  • Skills:

  • Execellent understanding of OOH media formats and technologies.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.

  • Confidence to help give direction to junior members of the team

  • Personal Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented and proactive.

  • Ability to deal with constant change and to work in an agile manner.

  • A passion for experiential and Creative OOH campaigns.

  • Eager to grow and develop within the media and production industry.

  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
