We are looking for a Program Manager to join the UK Large Client Solutions (LCS) team. This role will work very closely with the UK General Manager and wider leadership team to help propel the UK strategy forward, driving revenue performance and operational excellence. By defining and managing sales processes and conducting data analysis, this role will be instrumental in contributing to the scale and growth of the UK business.

The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record as a strong operational contributor, supporting data analysis and the design and implementation of processes across a range of areas. They have experience in Sales and Operational processes, program management, data analysis and reporting.

Key roles & responsibilities

  • Support the UK General Manager to deliver on critical initiatives that support revenue growth and operational business rhythm

  • Conduct strategic data analysis and build reports to support key business decisions

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Communications) to create project plans, support core business meetings, and help track progress of key activities / initiatives

  • Support the evolution of UK LCS team operational metrics to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiencies

  • Participate in complex and time-critical projects, adopting a strategic and prioritised approach to solving problems with a bias to action

Key skills, abilities & experiences

  • Commercial mindset with a proven ability to work with Sales teams

  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and delivering business insights - experience with Sales processes and KPIs will be a plus!

  • Experience with project management (status reporting, project plans, stakeholder engagement) with strong organisation and execution skills

  • Familiarity with Ad Sales, Ad Tech, media or digital advertising

  • Experience working with cross-functional project teams across a range of disciplines

  • Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and ability to multitask

  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and is comfortable with navigating ambiguity

  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers, cross-functional teams and senior leaders

  • A team player who is willing to get their hands dirty and help where needed
