About the Role:
Role Summary:
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing support throughout the entire sales cycle from analysing data/trends, go-to-market implementation, project management, lead prospecting, and account management. You’ll work with an experienced sales team, sales management, product specialists and collaborate with cross divisional teams as required.
Key Accountabilities:
Analyse data, trends and results to support sales strategy and revenue generation
Prospect, generate leads and build a pipeline of new business opportunities
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify new opportunities
Represent our company and solutions to prospects, customers, and partners
Assist with sales campaigns and client event management
Assist with other projects as assigned
Meet (and exceed) monthly KPIs
Person Specification:
Understanding of the financial services sector essential
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to multitask in a high-pressured environment including accountabilities to key internal & external stakeholders
Strong organisational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills and experience/knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platform
Knowledge and experience:
- At least 1 -2 years’ experience in a Sales Support role and/or selling financial solutions to Banks, Brokers, Institutional Asset Managers, Hedge Fund or Middle Office Outsource Solution providers
