Receptionist /Branch Support

Siemens Bank are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist to join our London branch. The role is to provide reception duties including performing administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of London Branch. Being the first point of contact, the successful applicant will be enthusiastic with exceptional customer service skills. You will also support with some Executive Assistant responsibilities.

As a receptionist, you will be required to be in the London office a minimum of 4 days per week.

You’ll make a difference by:

· Maintaining an excellent relationship with the Main Building Reception/Security teams and register all external visitors

· Managing the reception inbox/calendar ensuring all requests for meetings are dealt with promptly and confirm with meeting host / organizer booking is made.

· Providing cover for Executive Assistant; managing diaries, meeting requests, travel requirements and processing expenses for senior management

· Refreshments to be provided in meeting rooms prior to meeting commencement and refreshed at appropriate times

· Supporting Meeting hosts to co-ordinate any catering arrangements

· Monitoring stationery and office equipment, tea and coffee supplies and proactively re-ordering items as levels become low.

· Being polite, courteous and friendly with colleagues, Siemens regional management and external customers, building relationships with key people and resolving issues as and when required.

· Providing administrative support assisting with photocopying and binding

· Supporting branch activities helping to prepare/coordinate/promote company events such as office lunches and cultural holiday celebrations.

· Supporting colleagues to research and book international travel arrangements and accommodation where required.

· Supporting colleagues with submitting expenses where required

· Creating Purchase Orders in the designated system (OneSRM), managing the order process to include validating supplier invoices once goods/services are provided.

· Liaising with our local charity & coordinating Christmas volunteer support.
