Citigroup Product Onboarding Lead Analyst in London, United Kingdom

Are you looking for a career move that will put you at the heart of a global financial institution? Then bring your skills to Citi’s Enterprise Excellence team. We are looking for a Product Onboarding Lead Analyst to ensure the successful adoption of our tools across the firm.

The Product Onboarding Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data solutions are effectively integrated and utilized by target organizations within the firm. This role requires a blend of data analysis, stakeholder management, and project management skills to align process and activity taxonomy with organizational goals, and to drive the onboarding process from planning through execution.

Team/Role Overview

This role is in the Enterprise Excellence (EE) team which is a group within the Chief Operating Office (COO) that designs solutions to enhance transparency; empowers Operations and Functions to improve processes; and evolves the organization through continuous improvement and simplification. The organization is responsible for defining, deploying, and driving alignment and progress against a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization, and improves process health.

What you’ll do

  • Facilitate Process & Activity Alignment: Work with target organizations to define applicable process and activity taxonomy. Align these to map and measure headcount, resources, and cost allocations to activities and processes across the firm.

  • Data Onboarding Planning: Develop and execute data onboarding plans for target groups. Establish priorities, liaise with technology data source teams, and collaborate with business and EE engagement groups to establish an onboarding roadmap.

  • Stakeholder Management: Manage and influence stakeholders across the organization to ensure the successful implementation of onboarding plans as agreed with senior leadership.

  • Data Analysis & Specification Development: Analyze and manipulate large datasets to create detailed functional specifications for the technology delivery team. Ensure data solutions meet business requirements and drive process optimization.

  • Release Planning & Scheduling: Collaborate with technology and business teams to plan and schedule releases, ensuring timely and efficient deployment of tools.

What we’ll need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in data analysis and the ability to work with large datasets. Strong project management skills, with experience in planning and executing complex projects.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making processes.

  • Experience in the financial services industry.

  • Familiarity with process optimization frameworks and methodologies.

  • Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices.
