This role reports to the Head of Amazon Gift Cards Marketing (Europe) and has a fixed term of 12 months.

Amazon is seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager for the Amazon Gift Cards marketing team in London, United Kingdom. Our mission it is to offer millions of customers best-in-class gifting experiences across electronic gift cards, physical gift cards, branded gift cards and Reload.
You will be responsible for building and managing strategic marketing programs, with the goal of driving increased diversity and relevance of marketing channels and communications for Gift Cards across EU including emerging locales. To do this, you will leverage data analysis and excellent communication skills while interacting with stakeholders across a variety of functional teams, regions, and levels of seniority.
Key job responsibilities
You will define and execute marketing strategies on-site and off Amazon channels for a variety of digital, physical and branded Gift Card products, features or new launches.
You will analyze customer behavior and needs using data, run A/B tests to identify the customer use-cases for Gift Card with the goal of driving customer awareness towards gift cards in EU locales, traffic generation and sales conversion.
You will own end-to-end and present strategies to the senior management while creating customer obsessed business opportunities, prioritizing investments, forecasting, reporting, and running performance analysis.
You will streamline and automate manual processes via inventing and simplifying the content creation, localization, testing and reporting mechanisms.
You will work closely with design, operations, business intelligence, product, tech, finance, legal and other marketing teams in EU and WW regions.
A day in the life
While no two days are the same in this role, on any given day you can typically expect to work on one or more of these areas:
Create, inspect, and optimize customer facing marketing content across the Amazon website.
Analyze customer behaviors and assess product performance to build a forward-looking strategy, while communicating your vision via written narratives.
Broader project work by scoping new opportunities for business, expanding and optimizing marketing channels, presenting plans to senior level leadership.
About the team
As part of this role, you will interact with worldwide stakeholders from a variety of functions including product, tech, design, finance, legal, operations, data science, and business intelligence to deliver the right Gift Card products through the right marketing channels and content to Amazon customers.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate and share best practice with other marketing and business teams across the broader Amazon Payment Products portfolio such as credit cards and installments.
Basic Qualifications
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience in marketing or marketing research
Experience in partnership and product marketing
Experience managing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics
