Core Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of product managers, support their development, manage performance, and create the right culture to empower them and provide them with psychological safety to fail and learn

  • Coach product managers, so they can confidently lead product teams through the discovery, development, and launch of innovative products and features that provide great customer service

  • Create a product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals, addresses customer needs, and incorporates market analysis to foster collaboration, enhance the product lineup, and ensure user satisfaction

  • Partner up with engineering, design and business leaders to drive digital transformation by aligning on roles, responsibilities, and ways of working, while building consensus on strategies and priorities

  • Actively contribute to our product leadership team by shaping and developing the overall product organization, building capabilities, removing obstacles, and fostering a fun, collaborative environment

  • Deliver innovative, market-leading products that demonstrate the unique strengths of the LEGO brand, diverse product range, and unwavering focus on user experience

Play your part in our team succeeding

This role is part of our Product organization within Digital Consumer Engagement, overseeing a variety of digital products for kids and adults, including contact management, self-service, and order management!

You’ll work with teams across our digital ecosystem—LEGO.com, LEGO Play and LEGO Builder app, LEGO Ideas, and Bricklink—to engage users and enhance their LEGO experience. Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll balance hands-on leadership with strategic oversight to drive growth, always focused on data and user experience.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Solid experience with digital products in consumer contact centers.

  • Proven leadership in product management and agile development process, including guiding teams through discovery, launch, and ongoing performance improvement.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing product teams, inspiring and empowering them to achieve shared goals.

  • Experience in driving transformational change, including refining processes and enhancing collaboration between teams and collaborators.

  • Experience with Salesforce, process automation and AI, is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate problems and proposed solutions.

  • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.

  • Effective collaborator with tech, design, and business functions.

  • Enthusiastic self-starter, capable of managing tasks independently while balancing attention to detail with strategic vision.

  • Technically curious, with a solid understanding of software development practices
