Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Be the face of NetSuite's professional services offerings. Present the value of our services to promote the success of customers using NetSuite

  • Be a trusted advisor utilising your industry/ERP (ideally NetSuite) knowledge to understand customer needs and consult customers with your expertise to win services business

  • Manage and maintain a forecast of Professional Services opportunities, supporting approximately 10-15 deals per month

  • Develop, deliver and sell high-impact Professional Services Value Proposition and create cost estimates for consulting efforts providing proposals to suit their long term goals

  • Partner with a team of Product Sales and Pre-Sales teams to validate in and out of scope requirements and assist with solutioning as necessary

  • Work with Practice Vertical Leads, Practice Directors and Practice Managers to determine best approach to Professional Service offerings based on prospect and scope

  • Manage and prioritize requests from both Account Management and Direct teams

  • Maintain Professional Services Engagement Record updates within our internal sales force automation system to manage and prioritize Professional Services sales opportunities

  • Participate in developing strategic sales approach for prospective customers

  • Perform knowledge transfer to the delivery team

Qualifications and Skills needed:

  • ERP platform solution experience

  • ERP implementation lifecycle experience, ideally in a consulting capacity

  • 3+ years of experience in systems applications consultancy with a consulting firm or software provider

  • Experience working with sales teams, either in a pre-sales or direct sales role

  • Strong customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skills

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrable experience in translating customer business requirements into workable world class business solutions

  • Services Delivery Cost Estimation and Statement of Work (SOW) preparation and presentation experience is a plus

  • Full cycle implementation experience of CRM, ERP and eCommerce applications is a plus
