Markets Operations at Citi has embarked on a significant, multi-year transformation covering all aspects of designing and delivering a future state target operating model: risk and controls, regulatory compliance, process re-engineering, automation, people and culture, data transformation, technology investment and client service. This is a large and complex undertaking.

One of the key multi-year programs is the transformation of the end to end Reconciliation estate in Markets Operations. We are seeking a highly experienced senior project manager to manage the day to day running of the global BA/PM team across multiple workstreams.

What we’ll need from you:

• Significant relevant experience in Operations and/or Finance, Technology

• Developed communication and diplomacy skills

• Previous people management experience

• Demonstrated a consistent track record having worked as a Project Manager, Lead, PMO or department head, managing teams and large, strategic cross-functional projects.

• CAPM, PMP, PgMP and/or MBA are a plus
