Description

Amazon Fresh is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement in our monthly deals program for Amazon Fresh stores and online.

This role has significant impact on the UK Fresh business, with accountability for marketing campaigns that develop and deepen customer engagement with Amazon Fresh. The ideal candidate will be motivated, analytical, and focused on delivering results for our customers.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for deals initiatives across Fresh stores and online

• Create customer-facing messaging for value propositions and design marketing campaigns to drive engagement in our value programs

• Identify and implement opportunities to increase supplier participation in the Fresh trade plan

• Provide customer insights on deals performance to Vendor Management (VM) and Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) teams

• Oversee omnichannel employee and student discount programs, developing targeted campaigns to boost program engagement

A day in the life

In this position, you will:

  • Manage ambiguity and lead customer execution

  • Define measurement requirements for marketing initiatives.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across the INTL Fresh Stores business to deliver marketing initiatives.

  • Align goals and execute plans through influence and clear communication.

  • Develop scalable models and mechanisms to handle the omnichannel program's complexity.

  • Problem-solve and implement solutions efficiently.

  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and contribute hands-on as part of a team.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in professional non-internship marketing

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
