Your Career
The role will partner closely with the Marketing Growth Insights & Analytics leader and the EMEA & LATAM Marketing team to drive analytics, make recommendations, and create action plans for periodic reviews with marketing and Geo leaders. The role will document requirements and partner with data science, market research, market intelligence, IT, and vendors to deliver measurement, models, and platforms to inform strategy, drive decision-making, and optimize marketing efforts.
Your Impact
Deliver end-to-end B2B marketing measurement frameworks to determine marketing effectiveness, contribution and spend efficiency
Synthesize market intelligence, market research and marketing analytics to inform planning and investment decisions
Partner with cross-functional teams to define quarterly and annual demand generation targets, monitor achievement, and deliver forecasts that will help teams course-correct
Support the EMEA & LATAM Demand & Partner Organizations in the quarterly planning and review cycle, collaborating with local and global leadership teams to ensure key milestones are achieved and plans are delivered on time and within budget, tasks include
Lead and drive the quarterly business review process by delivering data packs and critical KPI tracking in a timely manner to help build a performance-oriented story
Deliver business insights presentations to help inform strategic planning decisions by region - Provide information on the success of our marketing campaigns and recommendations for strategic direction based on your analysis to help “drive impact”
Contribute to data and financial model analysis to help accurate forecasting
Support the information gathering and report creation for use in regular meetings to review progress against KPIs, including C-level engagement and key flagship events
Create and share regular updates on our key KPIs containing detailed reports, such as omitted pipeline details, that will help the teams course-correct
Partner with the Data Science team to ensure the correct dashboards are in place and deliver the information needed for the local team to make educated decisions on strategy and impact
Define and optimize targeted account selection and ABM practices to advise on account-based marketing strategies and optimize execution of those strategies to deliver key outcomes
Work with internal marketing data science / analytics teams as well as analytics platform vendors to define requirements for machine learning models that drive audience targeting, orchestrate end-to-end customer journeys, and attribute outcomes
Utilize buyer journey insights to lead, inspire and enable marketing teams to embed marketing performance analysis into their periodic planning and daily execution
Your Experience
At least 12 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 8 years experience with a Master’s degree with a focus on analytics related to finance, competitive strategy and/or market intelligence or equivalent military experience
Experience working for a top-tier technology/SaaS company in an agency or corporate marketing is strongly desired
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking are a must
Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to translate insights to the business world and quantify the impact to ROI
Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs and possess strong analytical skills
Knowledge of Tableau, Salesforce, Gsheet is preferred
