Your Role & Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Analyst with exceptional people skills to join our dynamic team, passionate about providing the best colleague IT experience. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. As we are moving towards full Cloud solutions, previous experience of working with Microsoft Azure and Intune would be preferable. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work with and support senior members of the business, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be based in the London area and expected to be in the office at least three days a week.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and efficient technical support to end-users via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, both remotely and in person.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, meeting room kit and other IT peripherals.

  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software applications and updates.

  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex IT issues and escalate problems when necessary.

  • Document and track support requests in a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to enhance system stability and user experience.

  • Conduct training sessions and create user guides to help employees utilize IT resources effectively.

  • Interact professionally with business colleagues and executive-level stakeholders, addressing their technical concerns and providing exceptional support.

  • Document support activities, including ticket updates, resolutions, and knowledge base articles to enhance the efficiency of future support efforts.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Intune platform updates to provide proactive guidance and support.

  • Responsible for growing and nurturing talent including succession planning ensuring organization is fit to win short and long term

  • Key representative of Elida Beauty Limited within organisation as well as externally across various key stakeholders and organizational bodies.

Key interfaces:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and the wider business to support their needs and requirements.

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role.

  • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications.

  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

  • Experience with troubleshooting common hardware and software issues

  • Experience with Cloud services like Microsoft Azure and Intune is preferable.

  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving problems related to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • A passion for providing the best colleague IT experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
