Team Profile**

The Client Relationship Management (CRM) team is positioned within the distribution (sales and marketing) division and has a global presence with individuals based in London, Dublin, Switzerland, New York, Boston, Singapore, Hong Kong, Melbourne, and Mumbai. The CRM function is central to MSIM’s client service model and acts as a conduit between our clients and MSIM’s internal functional areas. We partner closely with colleagues in the investment and sales teams to ensure seamless, quality of service to our clients and provide governance and oversight for the implementation of all client requirements and related controls, including the onboarding of new accounts.

Embedded within the CRM team we have individuals dedicated to managing these governance responsibilities and ensuring that team operations are conducted in an efficient and consistent manner with a key focus on the management of risk (“CRM Governance"). The role is also tasked with managing the team’s project workload, including regulatory, strategic and client driven initiatives.**

Primary Responsibilities

The CRM Governance role will be based in London and will report directly to the Head of International CRM Governance, also based in London. They will operate on an International basis and will provide primary support to the team of CRM’s across all aspects of client service and related team functions.

This opportunity provides exposure to all aspects of MSIM’s public side business, and the successful individual will gain exposure to the full range of MSIM functional teams and business leads, including Investment Teams, Distribution, LCD and Operations. It is an excellent opportunity to develop an understanding of how MSIM operates whilst playing a key role in protecting the Firm and our Clients.

Core responsibilities include:

· Support of client onboarding and amendment activities including significant levels of cross functional interaction to complete procedural and regulatory tasks

· Maintenance of client onboarding and IMA amendment systems to ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks and a clean audit trail

· Delivery of documentation to clients and facilitation of responses where required

· Facilitation of client meetings and materials, including due diligence and other adhoc requests

· Coordination and gathering of AML/KYC requirements to meet regulatory obligations for both new business and ongoing ‘refreshes’, including client outreach

· Maintenance and provision of metrics for both client and team data

· Sourcing, validation and presentation of client and account data

· Provision of support and facilitationof backup for use within audits

· Facilitation of client outreach exercises, for example in the case of regulatory notifications

· Support for project initiatives, including scoping, development of internal/external materials and maintenance of project trackers

· Ensure all procedural documentation is up to date and accurate.

Skills Required

· Experience within an Investment Management Firm or related Financial Services organisation is required

· Knowledge of investment management business and client arrangements, including Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) and Pooled Vehicles

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to present information in an easily understandable format.

· Excellent organizational skills

· Project management skills and a proven track record of taking ownership of projects/initiatives to completion.

· Ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the business and external parties, including clients.

· High level of initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.

· Ability to multi-task, to perform effectively and efficiently under pressure and to adapt to change.

· Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills and the ability to work with and manipulate large volumes of data

· A second language would be beneficial
