Title: Group Manager, Supply Chain Management Offering Lead

As a SCM, Offering Lead (Area/Region) you are responsible for the overall performance and growth of a given MU-Offering across your assigned geographies. You work closely with Regional leadership and other Market Unit stakeholders to implement a strategy for offering identification and investments. Your role is focused on driving the offering every day. You are the "face" of the Offering internally and externally in your geographies.

You support offering sales and delivery, manage offering related capability and capacity, and own regional interlock with offering alliance partners, MS, and Accenture. As part of this role you will be expected to be 50% chargeable with the remaining capacity dedicated to building out to offering a solutioning support.

What you’ll do:

· One job every day - drive the offering

· Work with account teams to drive offering sales in targeted accounts

· Lead solution planning & design efforts for offerings

· Manage effective delivery of offerings to clients (+project mobilization, QAs)

· Provide offering education to enable account teams to position with clients

· Drive our Area/Region partner relationships

· Interlock with Accenture at the offering level

· Interlock with Global CoE on offering / asset development

· Review and approve ROMs and deals as per deal review matrix for offering

· Collaborate with DM leads to surface delivery issues and estimate EAC outcomes for offering

· Partner with RCLs to determine priorities for staff positioning on client projects, business development activities and internal investment initiatives for offering

· Partner with Capability Lead on MU workforce strategy, balancing supply vs demand timing and optimal GDN participation for offering

· Hitting delivery targets and setting positive examples for the SCM delivery Architects. Building a community

Skills and experiences

· Proven expertise in Microsoft ERP technologies, including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Dynamics AX.

· Proven experience in ERP solution design, deal shaping and architecture, with a focus on scalable and reliable enterprise ERP implementations.

· Strong understanding of ERP system functionalities, including financial management, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources, and customer relationship management.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical ERP solutions.

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role, providing strategic guidance and advice on ERP implementations.

· Familiarity with Agile and Scrum Frameworks.

Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect or equivalent, are highly desirable

· Client management skills and the ability to work with clients to develop and manage a roadmap with associated activities.

· Experience consulting with clients on complex projects, including technology leadership roles.

· Experience working with global teams, including off- and near-shore, on Dynamics implementation and maintenance projects, is preferred but not required.

· Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form
