Duties and responsibilities related to the Eve nt s Operations Manager role * *
Lead allaspectsof events operationsdepartment, including managing the events operations team, delegating tasks, provide guidance and support, and ensure all colleagues are working cohesively toward common objectives
In collaboration with the Director of Food & Beverage, develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
Ensure seamless execution of events by liaising with colleagues,vendorsandsuppliers to coordinatelogistics, technical requirements, and special requests
Be creative andthink outside the box, regularly assessing and refining service skills ofcolleagues andexperimenting with new ways of developing the department
Hire andretainnew team members, embracing recruitment andexplorenew ways of attracting top talent

Proven experience in luxuryevents operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.You will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
