JOB SUMMARY
W Hotels does not recruit, we cast Talent. W London is casting an Event Executive. This position includes reactive sales and events & groups planning tasks. The person will be working closely with the Sales & Events Team as well as the Director of B&F and Head Chef, to ensure that all group and event enquiries are answered in a timely and friendly manner. This involves any effort to convert an enquiry which came via phone or email or any other channel into a confirmed and contracted event.
Events Executive is also responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients with the aim to create loyalty and return business. Pro-active approach to drive new revenues and setting up an action plan to achieve budgeted goals.
This role includes a full event management within its spectrum including creating BEOs, passing along the relevant information to other departments within the hotel, sending final invoices to clients, working with agency commission invoices, etc.
Event Space Includes; a private Screening room cinema, the Studio's meeting room, all B&F outlet public area space including the Perception Bar and Revolve as well as Suite bookings. The role will also work with marketing and the music curator on W Brand activation's. The candidate should be creative but mindful of business and come up with ways to modify and create lasting memories. Opportunities to connect with previous guest bookings and future local businesses, as well as expand on group bookings to encourage meeting's and Beverage and Food Offerings taken within the Hotel.
Education and Experience

Must have previous experience in a similar role, perhaps someone looking for a new brand within the Hospitality Industry
Possess a good command of English and Good verbal manner and proven customer service skills
Good understanding of London market
Good organisation skills with an attention to detail
A team Player with flexible & positive attitude who is hardworking and consistent
Computer Skills – Microsoft Office with strong attention to details
