We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, to join our Amazon Music team and help driving growth of the Amazon Music services in Europe and Australia/New Zealand (EUANZ). You will be part of the EUANZ Marketing team and will be managing the partnerships with other EU Amazon teams and collaborate closely with global functions on the implementation of the global strategy. This role defines the regional strategy with the partners, establishes and optimizes processes with regional stakeholders, collaborates on roadmaps and marketplaces-specific opportunities, and works closely with global function on supporting local insights (customer surveys). The role also suggests and implements mitigation plans, and supports global projects. Key focus of the role is to execute and measure initiatives to drive Amazon Music adoption and engagement in EUANZ. The role is responsible for regional initiatives, implementation of the global strategy, providing local insights and initiating experiments to drive customer and tier growth. This person will build highly impactful campaigns and test into white space opportunities, will establish and optimize highly effective working relationships with regional partner teams and their leadership. The role requires the ability to work effectively with a large number of stakeholders and to drive a strong partnership management.
Key job responsibilities
o Closely works with the global Marketing & Growth function and implements the global strategy
o Manages relationship with regional Amazon partner teams and establishes new and optimizes current stakeholder management processes
o Tracks and reports on performance of Amazon Music, conducts deep analysis on drivers of performance specific to a marketplace in the region and creates recommendations for optimization
o Manages the ideation and implementation of experiments to drive regional initiatives supporting the growth of Amazon Music in the EUANZ region
o Derives critical insights from data and generates ideas to leverage regional idiosyncrasies for tier growth
o Develops new strategies to drive increased acquisition for Amazon Music
o Partners with strategic cross-functional teams to support tier growth initiatives
Basic Qualifications
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multi-territory campaign management
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Proven track record of excellent partnership and stakeholder management
Experience in influencing partner roadmaps and identifying and implementing synergies
