Overall Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and ongoing development of the EMEA Employee Experience and Engagement Strategic Priorities

  • Lead on the design, management and roll out of key regional projects and initiatives in partnership with global project requirements

  • Provide advice and guidance to the wider HR team on the practical application of employee engagement deliverables

  • Support and partner with other OD, HR COEs, HR Business Partners and other relevant business stakeholders, e.g. Business Managers, Culture Influencers, Communications to ensure that culture and engagement initiatives are embedded into all HR and business processes

  • Research and advise on current and emerging culture and engagement trends and issues.

  • Oversight of employee feedback mechanisms to ensure all feedback is effectively captured, actioned and communicated to employees

  • Utilise collated feedback to work with relevant partners across HR and the business to continuously explore opportunities for an enhanced employee experience

Employee Surveys and Employee Feedback

  • Management of ongoing Leader focus groups in order to gather the opinions of employees on our culture and ensure feedback/actions are progressed and communicated

  • Manage and co-ordinate the end-to-end process for the MUFG Employee Survey (MES) and Pulse Checks in accordance with global project timelines.

  • Ensure both employee feedback tools are well understood in terms of purpose and aligned in terms of communications for both managers and employees.

  • Continuously explore opportunities to enhance efficiencies of both surveys for practitioners and employees, and build leader, manager and employee engagement with both tools

  • Provide supporting training / guidance and communications to managers and employees

  • Partner with HRBPs and the business to review survey reports, identify and communicate themes and produce action planning materials and drive action planning with relevant stakeholders

  • Lead on ensuring results are effectively cascaded. Support HRBPs as required to deliver communications and action planning in their business lines.

  • Present survey results to EMEA senior management, and make recommendations to senior stakeholders on key focus areas based on all employee feedback gathered through various feedback mechanisms.
