About the Role

As an Account Director, you’ll be the day-to-day lead for a range of UK and multinational clients, playing an instrumental role in the next phase of exciting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership: Building strong client relationships and providing strategic counsel to address their challenges and opportunities.

  • Strategic Thinking: Offer forward-looking insights to help clients navigate the political and regulatory landscape affecting their business.

  • Integrated Campaigns: Develop and deliver integrated public affairs campaigns, collaborating with media, digital, and creative specialists.

  • Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and manage junior team members, fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged environment.

  • High-Quality Delivery: Oversee and ensure the consistent delivery of outstanding work that supports client retention and growth.

  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for organic growth, respond to new business briefs, and lead on proposals and pitches.

About You

  • Experienced Consultant: You’re an established public affairs consultant, confident in leading accounts and growing client accounts.

  • Political Expertise: You have a strong understanding of UK government and politics, with a network of current contacts across Westminster and Whitehall

  • Integrated Approach: You’re interested in delivering integrated communications solutions and are eager to develop your skills in managing cross-disciplinary campaigns.

  • Strategic Thinker: You’re experienced navigating the political landscape

  • Collaborative: A team player and inspiring manager, you’re adept at building relationships and motivating others.
