KONDEX CORP Business Systems Analyst in LOMIRA, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: As a member of Kondex\'s Information Systems team, the Business Systems Analyst is a key contributor to the company\'s success by analyzing business processes, reviewing ERP system design, and working with key stakeholders across all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies to improve decision making and organizational productivity. This position will focus on the creation of key business reports utilizing Microsoft Fabric/PowerBI and supporting continuous improvement activities of a newly implemented ERP system (Epicor Kinetic). ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Design, develop, and implement comprehensive dashboards and automated workflows using Power BI, enhancing decision-making processes with insightful data visualization focused upon clarity, accuracy, and front-end user experience. 2. Integrate and interface with SQL systems to include data flows and ensure timely data refreshes for reporting and analytics. 3. Analyze current business processes and make recommendations to improve ERP system knowledge and utilization. 4. Analyze and recommend technology to match up to business requirements. 5. Identify and implement ways to enhance reports and data analysis. 6. Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing work processes. 7. Lead business requirement activities and transfer knowledge to the implementation and development teams. 8. Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specification documents and functional specification documents for training users and archiving critical system set-up details. 9. Review and recommend third party applications to fulfill business needs. 10. Collaborate with Kondex Information Systems team in an Agile/Dev Ops environment. 11. Support change management initiatives. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Technical Qualifications: 1. Associate\'s degree in data and analytics, software development, or related field. 2. Three or more years of experience working with end users in a formal Business Analyst role, in requirements gathering, analysis, application design and testing. 3. Three or more years of ERP related experience (Epicor Kinetic ERP preferred). 4. Prior experience developing business reports in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, including ability to manage unclean and non-standardized data. 5. Proficiency in SQL for complex queries, data modeling, and ETL Processes, transform and load data from disparate systems and into Power BI/Microsoft Fabric. 6. High degree of technical expertise in ERP systems. 7.
