Job Title: Violations Review LeadJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Violations Review Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead, motivate, and develop a team of Violation Reviewers, assist Violation Review Supervisors, process supervisor approvals, and perform tasks of a Violation Review Operator. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for ensuring quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide encouragement and motivation to team members, including communicating daily and monthly goals and identifying areas for additional training or skill development.

  • Assist supervisors in training new team members, ensuring operators receive sufficient training on software systems, standard operating procedures, guidelines, and expectations.

  • Answer team member questions, help with team member problems, and oversee team members’ work for quality and compliance with company policies and processes.

  • Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.

  • Ensure all team members conduct business in a professional manner at all times.

  • Report unresolved issues to supervisors immediately and assist supervisors in the progressive discipline process.

  • Assist with generating and conducting yearly appraisals for review operators.

  • Monitor, review, and process violations.

  • Handle violation batching.

  • Submit monthly operator reports.

  • Conduct monthly meetings with team members.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

  • 1+ years of management experience (retail experience is acceptable)

  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Outlook

  • Experience in training and leading a team

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook

  • Two to three years of related experience and/or training

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Windows Desktop

  • Good English written and verbal communication skills

  • Accurate typing skills

  • Must have 20/20 vision with correction and the ability to differentiate light colors

Work Environment

You will be required to work onsite for the first 90 days, similar to the Violation Review roles. After conversion to permanent status, remote work options may be available, but you must be flexible to attend onsite trainings, leadership meetings, etc., as needed. The office is a quiet environment where 90% of the day is spent sitting at a desk reviewing photos/videos. The dress code is business casual, with jeans allowed on Fridays. There is a strict cell phone policy, requiring phones to be kept away during work hours. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25
