Job responsibilities: Assist with home visits and homemakers as needed for In-Home programs; Review client charts, participate with quality assurance tasks, follow up with referrals and PAS for In-Home programs; answer phone calls; Other duties as assigned. __ Requirements: Successful candidate will preferably possess at minimum; High School diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred. Must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must submit to pre-employment drug screen, CIB check, and DHHR Protective Services Background Check. __ Position offers benefits: insurance, paid time off, holiday pay.
