Overview Helping with the day to day trouble tickets for Housing Technology
Hours: M-F 9am - 5 pm, some weekends may be required. 15 hours minimum per week during the school year in blocks of at least 2 hours at a time; full-time option may become available during the summer
Must provide available work schedule with 2 hours minimum availability
Responsibilities
- Helping with the day to day trouble tickets for Housing Technology.
- Development and implementation of multiple Housing security systems.
- Pulling wires and physical installation of hardware as needed.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of computer hardware, experience troubleshooting windows workstations, and comfortable and willing to work on ladders and with hand tools.
- Valid driver's license to perform essential job responsibilities, such as driving university vehicles and transporting materials.

ADA Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
