Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring project objectives are achieved.
Develop and maintain project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.
Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and processes.
Job Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's Technical University degree
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects of varying complexity and scale.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Impactful communication skills with stakeholders.
Very good fluency in Polish & English.
