Philips Performance Manager in Lodz, Poland

In this role, you have the opportunity to

perform strategic, tactical, and operational support activities focused on the Performance Management agenda and operational initiatives. Your role is crucial in delivering cross-functional and cross-business transformational goals and objectives ensuring effective performance management and continuous improvement within the Supply Chain Management domain.

You are responsible for:

  • Preparation and coordination of Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs), Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPRs), Partner Surveys, and other Performance Management activities such as KPI trees and benchmarks

  • Preparation and follow up on the Performance Management timetable to ensure timely delivery of information for meetings

  • Conducting hub-level assessment of gaps, drivers, and structural actions, providing support and coaching for function-level analysis and action plans

  • Driving performance improvement initiatives and customer-first mindset development

  • Achieving hub productivity targets and provide timely, accurate information for decision-making

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in Performance Management Projects, Supply Chain, Project Management or equivalent

  • Background on Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Management or an equivalent mix of professional experience

  • You possess efficient communication skills that will establish effective collaboration between all stakeholders

  • Knowledge of logistics / supply chain is a huge plus

  • Fluent in English language

  • Strong analytical skills
