What you’ll achieve
As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting continuous improvement projects or programs. You will work with Kaizen Team and Procedures Writing Team on i mplementation of lean manufacturing activities.
You will:
Support implementation of lean manufacturing activities (e.g., Kaizen, Gemba) to optimize production processes
Participate in problem solving groups
Analyze root causes of problems to implement continuous improvement actions
Drafting and publication of work instructions
Create charts, graphs, and other visualizations to provide recommendations and insights

Essential Requirements
Analytical skills and unconventional approach to solving problems / creativity
Theoretical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and formal problem-solving tools
Ability to efficiently communicate in English and Polish (both verbal and written)
Good knowledge of MS Office
Desirable Requirements
- Graduates from 2+ year university or program within 0-12 months of graduation
