Position: Collision Shop Painter Location: Lockport NY Full-Time Pay: Competitive salary based on experience
Job Responsibilities: * Prepare and paint vehicles after collision repairs to a high standard * Mask, tape, and cover areas that dont require painting * Mix and apply primer, paint, and clear coats * Ensure smooth, even finish, matching factory colors and specs * Perform final inspection to ensure quality and consistency * Maintain and clean painting equipment and workstations * Work closely with the repair team to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Requirements: * Proven experience as a collision shop painter * Expertise with spray guns, paint mixing, and color matching * Familiarity with various auto body paints, primers, and clear coats * Ability to work with attention to detail and precision * Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace * Valid drivers license; own tools a plus
