Working with over 150 financial institutions and 650+ repossession agents nationwide, account managers are responsible for not only working with assigned local repo agents to secure equipment but also to manage their dedicated client relations. We are currently looking for multiple specialists to join our team.
As an Account Manager, you will be working with clients / repo agents and customers to research and locate equipment, while managing your own portfolio of accounts.
Requirements for the Account Manager position: * Excellent communication skills * Assertive, persuasive and determined * Find thrill in overcoming challenges, solving problems and finding solutions * High level, out-of-the-box thinking skills * Great at initiating conversations * Resilient in nature and results driven * Able to multitask, work independently and/or with a team
Responsibilities for the Account Manager: * Working a mix of manual calling and managing a high volume of calls each day with field agents, clients and customers * Accurately and promptly document all account activities * Comply with all company, state, federal laws for commercial loans
