Comerica Bank Treasury Management Sales Onboarding Specialist in Livonia, Michigan
Treasury Management Sales Onboarding Specialist Supporting the activities of the Treasury Management Sales Officers (TMO), this position assists in the implementation of new services for both existing and new clients. The on-boarding specialist may act as a liaison between the customer/prospect, lending team, Banking Centers, TM Legal, TM Relationship Services and other areas of Treasury Management Services. This role typically supports moderately to highly complex Treasury Management products.
Support TMOs in multiple geographic locations amongst all markets including Canada and Mexico. Support the annual revenue goals for Treasury Management. There are 40+ TM products each with various documentation requirements. TMSRs also support TMO sales of Merchant and Commercial Card products. Clients are in all markets including Canada and Mexico.
Position Responsibilities: Customer Support/Implementation Assist TMOs in the implementation and coordination of new and/or enhanced features of the most complex Treasury Management products to new and existing customers. Obtain required documentation, including proper risk documentation, working with customers/prospects and Relationship Managers to obtain missing or incomplete information and completing processes on TMCC. Provide pricing proforma support, and process exceptions pricing. Sales Support Participate in joint customer calls with TMOs along with making outbound calls to customers for follow up. Manage TRIO/referral system to ensure timely assignment of referrals to the proper Sales Team members. Assist TMOs in the completion of proposals and/or exception pricing by gathering information and performing research. Provide training to new TMSAs, TMSRs and TMOs in documentation requirements, use of TMCC, exception pricing process, pro-forma use and creation and customer reviews. Provide feedback to various stakeholders regarding documentation issues and provide ideas for documentation process improvements. Projects/Support/Risk Management Lead/Participate in small to medium sized projects as a representative of TM Sales assigned by Team Leader. Typical projects may involve changes to documentation, pricing process changes, upgrades to products, and piloting new applications/processes. Provide an additional layer of compliance/risk management within Treasury Management Sales by reviewing all required documentation. Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 3 years of customer service experience in a financial services environment 2 years of experience with documentation including legal documents 3 years of experience conducting research and solving problems Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university 2 years of experience as a TMSA, TMCA, or TMR or in equivalent position
