What You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors As an IT service technician at OHM Advisors, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's technology infrastructure. You will bring your knowledge of computer software & hardware to provide technical support to employees. You will also contribute to increase productivity, improve employee satisfaction, and overall business success. Your Responsibilities: * Provide software and hardware support and resolve issues. * Prepare and deploy computers and associated peripheral hardware. * Manage local inventory of computer assets. * Provide occasional after-hours support. * As-needed travel to remote offices (within 3-hour drive radius). Requirements: * 1+ year of equivalent work experience in an IT support role or active enrollment in a relevant degree program. * Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and mobile devices. * Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 & Microsoft Office 365. * Excellent interpersonal communications skills. Preferred Qualifications: * CompTIA and/or Microsoft Certification(s) is a plus. What We Offer Our staff is our greatest asset.
