TITLE: Janitor B

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Prima America's mission is to create petroleum from bio materials. This position performs various general cleaning services inside of the plant offices, garage, and laboratory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds
• Ability to follow checklist of items to be cleaned on a regular basis

• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Floor sweeping, washing, and vacuuming throughout offices and lab as appropriate
• Restrooms to be cleaned and sanitized
• Office furniture dusting
• Trash emptied and disposed of in outdoor receptacles
• Windows and doors washed
• Private offices and conference rooms maintained
• Kitchen area kept clean and free of food debris

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:

• Work is mostly indoors in offices, lab, and office garage.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:

• Must be able to see, stand, lift, walk, push/pull and physical movement for extent of shift.
