Quality Manager (80-100K+)We are seeking a Quality Manager to work for an industry leading manufacturer in the Syracuse, NY area. This role will focus on Managing Quality Compliance for the site location.Company Overview:Stable and growing international companyAttractive and affordable benefits (medical, dental, 401K match, vacation and much more)Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)Audit and stabilize quality tracking tools, perform root cause analysis, corrective actions, and error proof production processes.Track and validate quality conceptsSupport 3rd party auditsCreate audit schedules and report findingsMentor and develop quality team members on quality concepts and toolsInterface with customers on all quality issues Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experienceISO 9001:2015 QMS knowledgeStrong skills in problem solving, root cause analysis, and providing solutionsPrevious experience in Quality Compliance and Auditing within Manufacturing For immediate consideration, submit your resume to techjobs@cpsrecruiter.com
