What is a PSE Mail Processor Machine OperatorWe are looking for a proactive employee to provide customer service and support to our internal and external customers. Some responsibilities are:•Produces printed materials from digital input files •Reviews paperwork for accuracy•Gathering supplies for job completion•Packages and labels materials for distribution•Troubleshooting and problem solving •Communicates repairs needed•Inputting billing information for clients•Operating machinery that prints and sorts mailKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesA High school diploma or GED is preferred. Must follow directions carefully and have strong attention to detail while multitasking. Must have a strong sense of teamwork and accountability. Must be able to use a computer, be proficient in Excel, and have basic word processing and e-mail skills. We require applicants to understand basic math and use copiers, postage meters, pallet jacks, and hand tools. You must regularly stand, walk, crouch, bend, or kneel; use the repetitive motion of hands or wrists; finger, grasp, handle or feel; reach with arms and hands.Conditions of EmploymentMust be able to lift 50 pounds.Did you know IMS Direct offers health, dental and vision insurance.
