About the role:
Reporting to senior members of the HR team, the HR Coordinator role is the backbone of our HR operations, serving as the first point of contact for all HR-related process and administration enquiries across ANZ, while also providing hands-on support for employees based in our Collingwood office. From optimising HR processes and providing day-to-day support to the HR team, to managing onboarding/offboarding and spearheading exciting HR projects, you’ll play a key role in shaping a best-in-class employee experience and driving meaningful HR initiatives.

This role does not require a qualification or previous experience in HR but does require 2+ years’ experience in a role with high-level administrative duties or similar competencies.
What you’ll be doing:
Performance & Systems: Keep Workday (HRIS) and Culture Amp platforms running smoothly, ensuring compliance, supporting and training employees, leading the annual performance review process, and driving improvements.
Employee Lifecycle: Own the onboarding and offboarding experience, lead inductions, manage and generate contracts and letters, administer benefits, maintain filing system, and ensure seamless HR administration.
HR Support: Be the first point of contact for HR-related process and administration queries, maintain policies and reporting, drive the learning & development program, manage workplace health & safety, and support recruitment when needed.
Culture & Projects: Lead social events, wellbeing initiatives, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs, and work on exciting HR projects and implement ideas to shape the future of the employee experience.
Who you are:
While this is a Human Resources role, HR experience and/or study is not essential for this role, but an interest in learning about HR, wanting to take on a new challenge and caring about people is a must! We can teach you everything you need to know about HR along the way.
Ideally you have worked in a role with a high-level of administrative duties, such as a Receptionist, Office Manager, Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Manager or a role with similar competencies. Experience working in a national or multi-national business or a fast-paced role is highly regarded.
