Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a SIM Supply Planner in our Wireless division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless availability of eSIM’s and pSIM’s needed for activation on our cutting-edge 5G network. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical functions:

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with customers to gather demand plans and shape supply plans for SIM OEMs.

  • Drive purchase recommendations to support demand while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

  • Establish and nurture planning relationships with OEM partners for growth and collaboration.

  • Champion the weekly SOP cadence, ensuring accuracy and transparent communication to stakeholders.

  • Present inputs for the weekly inventory overview, aiding cross-functional alignment within the team.

  • Serve as the primary source of inventory information for cross-functional teams, streamlining operations and decision-making.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

To excel in the role of SIM Supply Planner and contribute effectively to our transformative 5G wireless initiative, you should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant supply planning experience required.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions for data manipulation and analysis.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.

  • Preferred experience in the wireless industry and with supply/demand planning systems like SAP or Kinaxis.

  • Ability to work in Denver, adhering to DISH core values of Curiosity, Pride, Adventure, and Winning.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
