Job Duties and Responsibilities

Boost Mobile delivers uncompromising value, continually redefining what’s possible for millions of customers. We're building a multi-brand wireless carrier with DISH and a first-of-its-kind 5G network to transform the retail market and create groundbreaking experiences.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Wireless Logistics Program Manager to build relationships with key internal and external partners supporting Retail Wireless operations. This role ensures compliance with logistics rules, manages product launches, and drives operational efficiency. The Program Manager will also analyze and resolve chargeback disputes while receiving leadership support for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for chargeback tracking, disputing, resolution, and reporting with National Retail Partners.

  • Collaborate daily with internal and external partners to analyze data and resolve chargeback root causes.

  • Use partner portals and software to gather data for disputing chargebacks.

  • Monitor program performance and develop cost-effective strategies for improvement.

  • Provide chargeback reporting, visibility, and feedback to key stakeholders, sharing achievements and concerns.

  • Track partner shipments to ensure timely delivery and evaluate logistics processes for continuous improvement.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

  • 2+ years of retail supply chain and logistics experience

  • Strong preference for 1+ years of National Retail chargeback tracking and disputing with partners such as Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc.

  • 2+ years of data analytics / problem solving experience

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze operational and financial data and make strategic recommendations using various tools including Tableau, SQL, MS Excel, Google Sheets

  • Excellent facilitation skills, strong follow-through abilities, and ownership of initiatives and issues

  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
